FAQs

Q: I work after the building’s normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Your office has a person who has been authorized by your organization to submit these types of requests. Please make these requests through this person - typically your company’s facility management group or office manager.

Q: How do I request a service call?
A: Please contact the management office at 312.964.9130 or submit an email to sherice.patten@cushwake.com with your request or submit a ticket through the building’s work order system.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A. Please contact the management office at 312.964.9130 or submit an email to sherice.patten@cushwake.com with your request or submit a ticket through the building’s work order system.

Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Yes, you can bike to work. Bike parking is provided in the building’s secured, private garage on a first-come first-served basis. However, you must first complete the Bike Parking Agreement Form found on the Forms tab on the portal’s home page. Once this form is completed, please bring to the Management Office.

Q: Where can I park?
A: The building only has a small private garage. However, there is public parking on Dearborn Street and Lake Street - immediately to the south of the building.

Q: Where can I smoke?
A: Smoking is prohibited in the building. You may smoke outside the building as long as you are 25 feet from any entrance.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: You may not bring a space heater to work. Space heaters are in violation of fire code.
