  Contractor Guidelines

Prior to beginning any renovations in your space, all Tenants need to address the following:

  • Contact Management Office to set up a meeting to discuss project.
  • Submit drawings, plans & specifications to the Management Office for approval.
  • Submit list of contractors performing the work for Management Office approval. Please note all contractors must be union.
  • Supply an updated Certificate of Insurance to the Management Office for all contractors working on the project. For a copy of insurance requirements, contact sherice.patten@cushwake.com.
  • Submit a schedule for the work.
  • Reserve freight elevator and loading dock, if necessary.
  • Provide contactors the building Contractors Guidelines. For a copy, contact sherice.patten@cushwake.com.
  • Keep the Management Office abreast of any changes to your plans.
