Messenger Service Center
The building manages all inbound and outbound packages through our Messenger Center located on the dock level (Lower Wacker Drive). The Messenger Center is operated by Arrow and is open Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The phone number to the Center is (312) 964-9143.
Loading Dock
Deliveries are permitted through the loading dock between the hours of 6 AM and 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Major deliveries (i.e. furniture, construction materials, etc.) must be coordinated through the Management Office.
Drop Boxes
The US Mail (metered/non-metered mail) drop boxes are on the Lobby level (behind the main security console).
UPS and FedEx deliver and pick up through the building dock located on Lower Wacker Drive.
